I was asked ingame by Gromthal to post this infromation on the shit head ninja Echolight, I got my mats back today from a GM. Here is the responce I got back on the ticket. Let me know if you would like some screenshots.

While we will make every effort to provide assistance in cases of loss, please keep in mind that the decision to go forward with a restoration is entirely at Blizzard's discretion. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you may have been caused.
